For his next experiment he crafted a margarita-inspired experimental sour with a base of pilsen, wheat, & oats accompanied by methodical use of Motueka & Citra hops. But wait, there’s more! KV-1N added lime, sea salt, agave, & a dash of lactose before allowing his creation to rest in Añejo tequila barrels. After patiently waiting, his creation was finally revealed with expressive notes of lime, agave, tangy acidity, sea breeze, & oak.
