Overview:

• First State Brewing Company is an award winning Brewery, Taproom + Kitchen in Middletown, Delaware.

  • Best Restaurant (2022 - Southern New Castle County)

  • Best Brewpub (2022 - Upstate)

  • Favorite Brewery (2021 - Upstate)

• We’re seeking fun, energetic, outgoing, and passionate humans to join our Taproom team.

• Support Taproom and Kitchen staff with various needs, including greeting guests, busing tables, cleaning/sanitizing, etc.

• No prior experience required.

• Currently hiring for part-time & full-time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Help deliver a superior guest experience by engaging with guests during their visit

• Greet and seat guests

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Taproom, patio, and restrooms

• Maintain stock of Taproom essentials

• Assist guests and support Taproom and Kitchen staff as otherwise needed

Qualifications:

• Good attitude and a strong work ethic

• Energetic and outgoing personality

• Excellent communication, time-management, and organization skills

• Strong multi-tasking abilities

• Detail-oriented

• Strives for constant and never-ending improvement

• Ability to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18 preferred)

• Reliable transportation
