Explore the void, Perpetual Void - Our Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Our base imperial stout slumbered inside oak barrels for 9 lengthy, but rewarding months. Those barrels, previously breathing life into rye whiskey, were utilized once more to resurrect a barren nothingness.

This beautiful Frankenstein-style was first brewed with our good friends at Beerscovery for Human Robots Logjammin’ Lager Fest and featured on our on-the-go hydration station “Lager Cart” (Patent Pending). We loved it so much we decided to scale Zwicky up for distribution for all you adventurous lagerheads out there. Expect all the crushable aspects of a lager with expressive hop notes of apricot, pine, & strawberry.

With his sense of whimsy abound, he knew the first thing he wanted to do was brew his very own beer! For hops, he picked out the experimental HBC 630 & Strata, known for their complex notes of raspberry, cherry, strawberry, peach, & passion fruit. To finish his experimentation, he added a healthy portion of Kiwi & Calamansi to the beer, giving a tart and tropical citrus finish. We sure can’t wait to see where KV-1N's delicious studies lead him next…

These unexplained mysteries more often than not come down to the (mostly benevolent) creatures that we like to call Brewery Gnomes. When fall peeks through the dog days of summer our gnomes get particularly excited for our traditionally crafted Märzen-Style Oktoberfest lager. Brewed with German malts & hops, this über refreshing lager features notes of caramel & toast with a light floral hop. Like our gnomes, it’s time to break out your lederhosen & dirndls and raise a glass…Prost!

Everybody knows that when experts were splitting the atom or theorizing string theory all they needed to count were their fingers & toes. Hand Math is our ode to the OG, the style that started the lager revolution nearly 200 years ago. A simple base of Pilsen malt with a light Saaz & Magnum hopping yield a truly crushable lager with crisp, floral notes.

For our very first brewery collab, we teamed up with our friends at Forgotten Road Ales, hailing from Graham, North Carolina! The brewers tactically designed the recipe as an 8.2% Peach & Tangerine Fruited DDH Hazy DIPA. Use of Citra, Simcoe, & El Dorado hops alongside White Peach, Yellow Peach, Tangerine, & Lactose exploit a base of Local 2-Row, Oats & Wheat, resulting in a truly crushable and unique brew. We think that this collab went just peachy…and tangeriney!

In a world of postmodern brewery names saturated with obscure words, pop culture references, & hop puns it’s hard to cut through the noise without stepping on some toes. For your approval, we present Finite Words, an IPA featuring Mosaic, Idaho 7, & Centennial hops. Thought-provoking notes of pine, tangerine, & grapefruit glint against a firm & balancing bitterness. And now for a sentence never written before. A micro shrimp flying a helicopter to Applebee’s® and ordering bees because they were all out of apples…well we guess it was never written until just then.

After his previous organoleptic journey KV-1N knew that he had to push the limits of time & space, perhaps even consciousness, further. For his next experiment he crafted a margarita-inspired experimental sour with a base of pilsen, wheat, & oats accompanied by methodical use of Motueka & Citra hops. But wait, there’s more! KV-1N added lime, sea salt, agave, & a dash of lactose before allowing his creation to rest in Añejo tequila barrels. After patiently waiting, his creation was finally revealed with expressive notes of lime, agave, tangy acidity, sea breeze, & oak.

This Hazy IPA features the 5th Annual Pink Boots Hop Blend (containing Idaho Gem, HBC 630, Talus, Triumph, & Loral) and was conditioned on Dragon Fruit. Light pink in color with tropical notes of Fruit Punch, Cherry, Dragon Fruit, & Bubblegum, this beer is truly inspirational. A portion of proceeds from beer sold will be donated to the Pink Boot Society, supporting & empowering women in the brewing industry!

For this Tropical Sour release, our turtle pal brought along his little Hermit Crab friend! On a balmy coast while crafting castles made of sand, these two dreamed up a real treat. Expect these notes to follow into the flavor with juicy lychee, tart mandarin, slightly sweet pineapple, tropical citrus, & a bright acidity.

This one's for the hype boys and girls who love their "milkshake" IPAs... For this unique brew, we selected the characterful hops of Lotus, Mandarina Bavaria, & Citra…think tropical notes of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, & even vanilla. Further still, we brewed with a moderate dose of lactose & orange zest, and aged on Madagascar vanilla, giving a full-on creamsicle-like experience. While slightly sweet, our version of a Hazy IPA with milk sugar remains balanced, drinkable, & noticeably hop-forward.

What do turtles dream of when they take a little turtle snooze? We’d like to believe they’d be dreaming about our first sour can drop featuring Lulo (imagine a mix of kiwi & orange) & Pineapple. In addition to these luscious fruits, a blend of citrus-forward hops (Lemondrop, Cashmere, & Citra), lemon zest, & lactose were used to create a complex yet crushable brew. The result is a zesty tartness accompanied by a bouquet of pineapple, lemon, clementine, candied fruit, & kiwi. Are you dreaming about it yet?

Distinctive bright notes of tropical fruits, stone fruit, & lemon zest shine against the soft malt base. Try as you may, we don’t think you’ll be able to stay out of space.

This is a beer we enjoy making, but enjoy drinking even more.
