DDH HAZY DIPA // 8.0%
Take a journey through space-time and sip amongst the stars with Stellar Entanglement, our Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA. Observe as Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops collide to create a cosmic convergence of orange, grapefruit, mango, and tropical flavors. Massive amounts of oats and wheat provide the backdrop for this flavorful yet nebulous and smooth experience.
WEST COAST STYLE IPA // 6.5%
You won’t need a secret decoder ring to crack the code on our interpretation of this classic. Our West Coast Style IPA clocks in at 70 IBUs, with an assertive yet balanced bitterness from Centennial, Amarillo, and Citra hops. Loaded with pine, citrus, lemongrass, pineapple, & floral notes. This is a beer we enjoy making, but enjoy drinking even more.
COFFEE STOUT // 7.0%
Don’t talk to me until I’ve had my Black Lotus, our freshly brewed Coffee Stout! Aged on Nicaraguan coffee from our friends at Little Goat Coffee Roast Co. (Newark, DE), this beer features notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and mocha. Reminiscent of coffee & cream, a smidge of lactose was added for a creamy mouthfeel without adding cloying sweetness. Don’t worry though…no pastry treats were harmed during the production of this #beerflavoredbeer.
