Two short words that describe the day in and day out here at First State: Constant. Mayhem. For our latest Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA we thought we’d use this as inspiration by flipping the script on our usual go-to hops. Lemondrop, Cashmere, & Motueka hops smash together creating tropical notes of lemon-lime, citrus zest, melon, & stone fruit. All jokes aside, without the dedication of our awesome team…and just a little bit of chaos…we wouldn’t get to create delicious beers for you fine folks as a living.

Get ready for our twist on this classic, exclusively featuring hops grown & harvested in New Zealand (including Motueka, Southern Cross, & Waimea). Beautiful notes of lime, lemon, melon, & white grapefruit present alongside a firm, but not overwhelming, bitterness. A solid base of Pilsen malt brings it all together making this a crushable & easy-drinking crispy boi.
