Our take on a German Hefeweizen starts with sturdy base of Pilsen & Wheat alongside a light-handed hopping including Hallertau, Lemondrop, & Tettnanger. The real star of the show is the classic yeast strain creating distinctive, yet balanced, notes of banana, clove, & bubblegum. An easy drinker all year round, we think it pairs perfectly with those sultry final weeks of summer.
