Use of Citra, Simcoe, & El Dorado hops alongside White Peach, Yellow Peach, Tangerine, & Lactose exploit a base of Local 2-Row, Oats & Wheat, resulting in a truly crushable and unique brew. Late at night while the brewers dreamed of brewing clean lagers & classic IPAs, something in the brewery began to stir. From gaskets & tri-clamps to hoses & kegs, a little spark of life filled that which was once inanimate. Introducing the First State Brewing Droid…KV-1N! With his sense of whimsy abound, he knew the first thing he wanted to do was brew his very own beer! For hops, he picked out the experimental HBC 630 & Strata, known for their complex notes of raspberry, cherry, strawberry, peach, & passion fruit. To finish his experimentation, he added a healthy portion of Kiwi & Calamansi to the beer, giving a tart and tropical citrus finish. We sure can’t wait to see where KV-1N's delicious studies lead him next…

This one's for the hype boys and girls who love their "milkshake" IPAs... For this unique brew, we selected the characterful hops of Lotus, Mandarina Bavaria, & Citra…think tropical notes of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, & even vanilla. Further still, we brewed with a moderate dose of lactose & orange zest, and aged on Madagascar vanilla, giving a full-on creamsicle-like experience. While slightly sweet, our version of a Hazy IPA with milk sugar remains balanced, drinkable, & noticeably hop-forward.

Hang ten as ethereal waves of pineapple, grapefruit, clementine, passion fruit, & lime crash on your palate. Cowabunga!

What do turtles dream of when they take a little turtle snooze? We’d like to believe they’d be dreaming about our first sour can drop featuring Lulo (imagine a mix of kiwi & orange) & Pineapple. In addition to these luscious fruits, a blend of citrus-forward hops (Lemondrop, Cashmere, & Citra), lemon zest, & lactose were used to create a complex yet crushable brew. The result is a zesty tartness accompanied by a bouquet of pineapple, lemon, clementine, candied fruit, & kiwi. Are you dreaming about it yet?
